These terms cover the use of this website and the enquiry form on it. The terms of any design or construction work we carry out for you are set out separately in a signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this website

You may browse this site and share its pages freely. Please do not copy our drawings, photographs or written material for commercial use without written permission.

Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting the project enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or commit either side to a price or a timeline. Work begins only after a written proposal is accepted and an agreement is signed.

Estimates and timelines

Any figures or durations shown on this site, or given in early discussion, are indicative. Final cost and schedule depend on site conditions, soil, statutory approvals, material rates, the approved drawings and the scope you confirm. We put both in writing before work starts.

Project imagery

Photographs, plans and visualizations shown here are of work delivered by Smart & Royals or prepared by our team. Visualizations are design representations; built results vary with material selection and site execution.

Intellectual property

Drawings, designs and documents we produce remain our intellectual property until the agreed fees for them are paid in full. On payment, you receive the right to use them for the project they were prepared for.

Third-party links

Where this site links to WhatsApp, email or mapping services, those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and our services change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
