This policy explains what information Smart & Royals collects when you contact us or submit a project enquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short, because we collect very little.
Information we collect
When you submit the project enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, project location, plot and built-up area, project type, service required, budget range, expected start date, your written requirements, and any drawings or reference images you choose to attach.
If you call, message or email us directly, we hold that correspondence and the contact details it contains.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare design proposals, estimates and quotations for you.
- To keep a record of work we have quoted or delivered.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your details are visible to the Smart & Royals team working on your enquiry. Where a project requires it, we may share relevant technical information with consultants, contractors or statutory authorities engaged on that project. We share nothing else with third parties except where required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. We run no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind, so there is nothing to consent to and no consent banner to dismiss.
The WhatsApp and email links on this site open outside the website. Once you follow one, you are using that service and its own terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Project photography
We photograph completed work and may show it on this website or in proposals. If you would prefer your project not to appear, tell us and we will remove it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Project records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, statutory and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to venkatakrishnansubramanian6@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days.
